BrightSafe's strength is the Peninsula advice line and e-learning bundled alongside it. Its own users, though, describe the risk-assessment tools as "basic" and the interface as "dated." Where we're fair to them: Peninsula's advice line is a real service, well-rated by the people who use it, and for some small businesses "someone to call" is worth a lot. We don't offer that — we're a product company, not an advisory. What we offer instead is a platform that stands on its own quality, without needing a call centre to make up for it.
It depends on your headcount. BrightSafe charges per employee (from ~£9/employee/mo), so cost scales with your team; Safetegrity is a flat monthly price.
