Safetegrity was founded by facilities managers who spent years drowning in HSE paperwork — chasing contractors for expired documents, maintaining risk assessment spreadsheets that were always out of date, and building manual reporting decks for board meetings that were outdated the moment they were printed.
The tools available to us were either too expensive and complex — built for large enterprises with dedicated safety teams — or too basic, with no way to prove compliance when it mattered most.
We'd find ourselves managing 20+ tabs in a spreadsheet, emailing contractors to re-send certificates, and hoping the right person had been told about a risk assessment update. There was no single source of truth.
So we built one. Safetegrity started as something we needed ourselves, and grew into a platform we believe every UK small and medium business deserves access to.
